Compensation

Abdulrahman Amr Academy will compensate you if you lose a course, session or a copy of the announced books due to a technical error or any other damage after confirming that the customer has purchased one of these versions and reopening this version on his/her account with the Academy.

Assignments

All applications for registration are subject to acceptance by the Academy administration.

If an application is not accepted due to a glitch, you will be notified by email (or by other means if no email address is provided)

Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase services from us.

PayPal will accept the order after verification of the payment receipt either by bank or account

We will take all reasonable care, as far as we are able to do so, to keep your order details and payment secure.

Price and payment

All prices quoted are in dollars. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time or to make discounts that are announced in a specific period of time

Your PayPal payment can be made by bank through our agents around the world and you will find all agent details and bank account numbers at checkout or via your PayPal account.

The payment will be deducted and cleared from your account before you open the issue you have purchased

A tax amount of 6% will be deducted from the amount of any issue on the Academy PayPal if payment is made via an account

Prizes

A prize will be awarded to each participant announced by the Academy.

Prizes are non-transferable except in special cases and will be emailed to the prize holder or notified by our agents

In the event that an advertised prize is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

Warning

The winner’s name will be selected in a random draw, after the closing date, from all correct answers received

The winner will be notified of the prize within a few days after confirmation of the winner

Only one prize will be awarded per participant or more as decided by the Academy. The names of the winners will be available and announced after the draw

Gifts

Gifts are provided by the Academy to each of our customers according to their engagement with us, and the Academy determines the reason for the gift according to the customer’s interaction with us

The Academy has the right to offer any gift from any of its products as it deems appropriate, and the gifts are considered to add value to the lives of those who receive them.
